• Construction Site Security

Construction site security is crucial for protecting materials, equipment, and maintaining a safe environment for workers, contractors, and inspectors. We offer 24/7 construction site protective security services with trained, licensed, and experienced personnel who surveil the site according to post order. Our experienced workforce are familiar with access control measures that enhance security and prevent security breaches and illegal activities. Limiting access to authorized personnel and vehicles prevents theft, vandalism, and ensures a controlled environment. Our invaluable personnel possessed the following core competencies:
1. Preventing Security Breaches: Our guards monitored and secure construction site premises by ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not enter the site without permission.
2. Theft and Vandalism Prevention: Our guards deter theft and vandalism, safeguarding critical equipment, valuable tools, and essential materials, which reduces losses and project delays.
3. Protection of Employees and Visitors: Our guards professionally and respectively enforced the compliance of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) on-site to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and creating a secure environment for everyone involved.
4. Continuous Patrols: Our guards often conduct regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence on-site to deter potential criminal activity and respond swiftly to any incidents.
5. Watch and Report: Our guards are very vigilant. They monitor activities and report any suspicious behavior. They are lettered and datailed in writing report.
6. Public Safety & Emergency: Our guards are familiar with assisting law enforcement, fire department/EMS officials during emergency situations. They collaborate with law enforcement by calling 911 if necessary to rescue any life-threatening situation or address security concerns.

• Fire Watch/Guard

The Fire Department City of New York stipulates that in any building where a required fire protection system is out of service, a fire watch shall be maintained by one or more persons holding a Certificate of Fitness. The department added that for the initial four hours of a planned or an unplanned out of service condition where the impacted area does not exceed 50,000 square feet, the impairment coordinator or a trained and knowledgeable person who is capable of performing fire watch duties and is designated by the building owner may perform the fire watch duties. The department strictly emphasized that after four hours of an out of service condition, such patrols shall only be conducted by fire guards holding a Certificate of Fitness. This Certificate of Fitness is valid only for the specific person to whom it is issued and can be used anywhere within New York City. We are proud to let you know that our fire guard personnel have gone through the fire department training, passed the examination and earned the Certificate of Fitness for fire impairment. • Event Security

Organizing an indoor or outdoor event can be a joyous occasion, but it also entails responsibility for ensuring the safety of everyone. Effective event security involves more than just having security personnel present. It requires expert planning, coordination, and communication to manage crowds. The importance of place of assembly safety personnel cannot be unestimated because they are needed in certain in indoor and outdoor places of assembly and public gathering places primarily to “manage the occupants” in the event of a fire or other emergency. We conduct pre-occupants' arrival hazard assessments to ensure that places of assembly are hazard free, safe, and secure. As a matter of public safety, the Fire Department City of New York recommended that a plcae of assembly safety personnel must verify that the exits are unobstructed, immediately accessible, appropriately identified and suitably protected is only the first step toward achieving safety in a place of assembly. The management of occupants is primarily involved with moving them away from the hazard. Occupants must know not only where exits are, but also when and how to use them. Without guidance from on site fire safety personnel, most occupants of places of assembly are likely to exit the same way they entered the building, whether or not it is the nearest or safest exit. The role of fire safety personnel is to help direct occupants to the nearest exit, assuming that the exit is safe to use. With our experienced event security specialists, we meticulously plan and execute security protocols to provide a safe environment without compromising the enjoyment of your guests. Our workforce are familiar with the procedures of evacuation and the evacuation routes for the areas where they performing their duties. They are experienced in maintaining the number and capabilities of building occupants; chairs arrangement without obstructing exist route, location and arrangement of building exits; the fire and its effects on the people and the building, perform fire evacuation or incipient fire-fighting duties. They are also familiar with the obligations for notifying the Fire Department in the event of fire or other event of emergency. They are capable of achieving the desired life safety outcome.
